Quints Quest is an old school megaman sprite comic about the adventures of Quint, the challenger from the future! His true identity, however, is that of the Mega Man of the future-year 203X, who was abducted by Dr. Wily and brought back to the present in The Doctor's stolen time machine in order to pit Mega Man against his past self, in order to destroy the both of them with a time paradox! Now, Quint has to find a way to get back to his own time, and stop Dr. Wily from wrecking the space-time continuum any more than he already has!

In case you don't know what a sprite comic is, it's a digital comic strip that is made using computer game graphics (called 'sprites') as opposed to hand drawings. It's a style that was pretty popular in the early-to-mid 2000's, but died off around the early 2010's.

I made this comic both as a love letter both to sprite comics and to the Mega Man series and it's community - and, also to just practice writing and making comics in general. I started this comic on April 16th, 2017, and offically ended it on July 1st, 2022, just over five years later. (Though updates slowed to a crawl way before then.) I haven't ruled out the possibility of making more of these comic strips, but, like I explained on my blog, it's very, very unlikely I ever will.

Still, though, it was a blast to work on, and I just hope you enjoy reading it as much as I've enjoyed making it!
