Let me finally nip this in the bud (ignore the oxymoron). Dr. Wily was just screwing with Metal Man here. Dracula, Bowser, Gannondorf, and other classic Nintendo villains (even thought Dracula is public domain) do not exist in this comics' universe, nor am I going to introduce alternate universes or dimensional travel to a time travel story just to explain this.
