The colors of "Sakugarne Friendship Power" in panel 5 are the colours of the Bolivian flag. The national motto of Bolivia is "Unity is Strength". Coincidence? Yes. Yes it was. I didn't even know that was Bolivia's motto until today. It's really convenient, though.
