The panel below the rest of the comic is just a dumb little thing I made while screwing around, Mega Man doesn't canonically have a chastising clone (or is the silly one the real megaman? Or are they both clones and the real Mega Man is just at home playing video games? Or what if neither of them are clones and they're both the real Mega Man! Bugger me, I need a beer.)

It's also the first instance of what I'd later call 'bonus panels!' - usually, just some dumb joke at the bottom of the comic, only tangentally related to the rest of it.
